By booking a session with Moments in the Mountains Photography, you agree to the following:
Booking & Payment
A non-refundable $50 retainer is required to secure your date and time. Remaining balance is due as agreed prior to or at the time of the session.
Cancellations
Retainers are non-refundable. Rescheduling may be allowed based on availability.
Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for arriving on time and being prepared for the session. Delays may reduce shooting time.
Image Delivery
Final edited images will be delivered digitally within a reasonable timeframe. Editing style is consistent with the photographer’s portfolio.
Usage
Moments in the Mountains Photography reserves the right to use images for portfolio, website, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Liability
Photographer is not responsible for circumstances beyond control (weather, location restrictions, unforeseen issues).
