Booking Policy
At Moments in the Mountains Photography, every session is approached with intention, respect, and attention to detail. To keep everything running smoothly, please review the following:
Retainer & Booking
A non-refundable $50 retainer is required to secure your date and time. Your session is not confirmed until this retainer is received.
Remaining Balance
The remaining balance is due prior to or at the time of your session unless otherwise agreed.
Rescheduling
Life happens. If you need to reschedule, I will do my best to accommodate based on availability. The retainer will transfer to a new date if sufficient notice is given.
Cancellations
All retainers are non-refundable. If a session is canceled without rescheduling, the retainer is forfeited.
Arrival & Timing
Please arrive on time and ready for your session. Late arrivals may result in reduced shooting time to stay on schedule.
Weather & Conditions
Outdoor sessions are subject to weather conditions. If rescheduling is necessary due to weather, we will coordinate a new time.
Travel
Sessions are available throughout Knoxville, Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, Sevierville, and surrounding areas. Travel is included unless otherwise discussed.
Image Delivery
Final edited images will be delivered digitally within a reasonable timeframe. Editing style reflects the natural, authentic look represented in my portfolio.
Creative Direction
Sessions are guided but not forced. The goal is to capture real moments, not manufactured ones.
Use of Images
Moments in the Mountains Photography reserves the right to use images for portfolio, website, and promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.
